DANIEL PLANNING COMMISSION HAS CANCELLED ITS MEETING SCHEDULED FOR FEBRUARY 15 AT 7 PM DUE TO A CONFLICT WITH A MEETING OF THE DANIEL IRRIGATION COMPANY FOR THE SAME TIME. THIS MEETING HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR 7 PM ON THURSDAY FEBRUARY 16 AT THE SAME LOCATION.
DANIEL PLANNING COMMISSION HAS REELECTED ERIC BUNKER AS THE PLANNING CHAIR AND GARY WEIGHT AS VICE CHAIR FOR A TERM THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2012.

NEWS WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!
TOWN OF DANIEL HAS RECEIVED NOTICE THAT THE WEST DANIELS LAND ASSOCIATION'S APPEAL OF THE ANNEXATION/INCORPORATION LAWSUIT WAS DISMISSED BY THE UTAH COURT OF APPEALS ON JANUARY 12, 2012. CONGRATULATIONS!!! TOWN OF DANIEL HAS WON!!!
WEST DANIELS LAND ASSOCIATION IS STILL IN THE BANKRUPTCY COURT AND IS FACING A MOTION TO DISMISS THE BANKRUPTCY OR CONVERT IT TO A CHAPTER 7 FILED BY THE US TRUSTEE JOHN MORGAN. THIS HEARING WILL BE HELD AT 1:30 PM IN THE FEDERAL COURT BUILDING IN SALT LAKE CITY ON FEBRUARY 2, 2012. JUDGE MOSIER'S COURTROOM IS ON THE THIRD FLOOR. TOWN OF DANIEL HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO PROCEED WITH ITS EMINENT DOMAIN DUE TO THE STAY IMPOSED BY THE BANKRUPTCY.

Daniel Town Council next meets on Monday, February 6, 2012 in a regularly scheduled meeting at 5:30 PM. Please look below for the posted agenda prior to the meeting.
All meetings are held at the Wasatch County Services Complex located at 55 South 500 East, Heber City, room 126, conference room B. Please use the north parking lot and enter the building at the north entrance. The agenda for all meetings will be posted lower on this page as they are approved.

Daniel Town Council adopted Daniel Ordinance 2011-12-05 at their meeting on December 5, 2011 establishing the meeting schedules for 2012. The schedule is posted below.
All meetings will be held in the Wasatch County Services Building at 55 South 500 East in Heber City in Conference Room B rm. 126. Please use the entrance at the north parking lot.

To apply for a Daniel Town business license, please click on "Forms" at the right side of this page. Print the Business License Application Form, and fill out the first page. Mail your form and payment of $60.00 to Council member Eric Bunker at 1822 West 3000 South, Daniel UT 84032. You will be contacted once your application is received.
