The Planning Commission's next meeting regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at 7 PM. The agenda will be posted lower on this page.
Daniel Town Council meeting scheduled for Monday, May 7, 2012 at 5:30 PM has been cancelled and reschduled for May 16 at 6 PM just prior to the Planning Commission meeting. Please look below for the posted agenda prior to the meeting.
All meetings are held at the Wasatch County Services Complex located at 55 South 500 East, Heber City, room 126, conference room B. Please use the north parking lot and enter the building at the north entrance. The agenda for all meetings will be posted lower on this page as they are approved.

2010 CENSUS DATA
Official results of the 2010 Census report that Town of Daniel has 938 residents, 348 houses with 50 of those reported as vacant on April 1, 2010.

Daniel Town Council adopted Daniel Ordinance 2011-12-05 at their meeting on December 5, 2011 establishing the meeting schedules for 2012. The schedule is posted below.
All meetings will be held in the Wasatch County Services Building at 55 South 500 East in Heber City in Conference Room B rm. 126. Please use the entrance at the north parking lot.

After completing as much of the application as possible, please submit the application form and your plans to Epic Engineering located at 100 South 50 East in Heber City. BUSINESS LICENSE APPLICANTS
To apply for a Daniel Town business license, please click on "Forms" at the right side of this page. Print the Business License Application Form, and fill out the first page. Mail your form and payment of $60.00 to Council member Eric Bunker at 1822 West 3000 South, Daniel UT 84032. You will be contacted once your application is received. If you have problems, you may contact Clerk Merry Duggin at 654-5062.
